The location was perfect. I liked the free drinks in the lobby area during the evening. The hot bath was available during the night.. not a usual thing. The staff was excellent.

The room had a sensor light, annoying because my husband came back late, waking me up. The pillow was awful. It was one long pillow for both of us, and neither of us enjoyed it.

The location near the train station made exploring so easy. The staff helped me navigate local spots. I loved the free drinks available each evening. It was a sweet touch. Interacting with the robot pet was a cute, nice experience.

The room was smaller than I anticipated. I found it difficult to fully open my suitcase. The window faced a ventilation shaft, not ideal. The shower felt quite cramped as well, less relaxing.

The hotel is very close to the station and various dining options. I found the complimentary drinks in the evening to be a very nice perk. I also used the luggage delivery service, and they stored my bags after I checked out. The staff was friendly and helpful (a big plus for me).

This caused some waiting, especially during peak hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near the JR lines, Ginza line, and Hibiya line, so transport was easy. The hotel is a short walk from the station. Plenty of restaurants and shops are in the area.

The lobby is located on the second floor I noticed. This was at its worst during checkout timing.

The location is great for accessing JR lines. It is easy to go shopping in Akihabara itself. The area around the hotel was generally quiet (which was appreciated).

The room was so small. I could not even open the suitcase fully (this was a challenge). The window is for a ventilation pier and not for the outside.
